About Me

Hi, I’m Lisa, a paediatric occupational therapist dedicated to helping children and families navigate their developmental journey with confidence.

With over a decade of experience supporting children and families, I help children grow and develop from the earliest stages, supporting them to build key skills for everyday life. My approach is guided by compassion, grounded in evidence, and always tailored to the unique needs of each child and family I work with.

I’ve worked across both health and education settings in Ireland and New Zealand, supporting children with a wide range of developmental needs. I specialise in early intervention, sensory processing, motor development, and parent education — and I believe in the power of connection, play, and everyday routines to make a real difference.

As a mum myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re unsure about your child’s development or just want the best support from the start. That’s why I created Nóiníní — to offer families a warm, supportive space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered.

  • Empowerment – I support families to feel confident, capable, and informed.

  • Practicality – My approach fits into real life — support that’s useful, sustainable, and rooted in your daily routines.
  • Warmth and care – I create a space where families feel safe, heard, and truly supported.
